When we started working with Briony she had one epic group coaching programme, a dedicated social media audience and a manual launch process.

Now she has 2 group coaching programmes, a game changing passive course on Money Mindset, consistent content via newsletters, socials, monthly masterclasses and more. She’s tripled her offerings and her revenue eco-system, a launch system that gets leads in her sleep and most importantly she has the team and celebration to support her.

How we did it

Set up the systems.

We mapped and implemented a full systems review for untapped to upgrade the technology to match the business direction and make the most of automations. Systems included, Website Re-design, Zapier CRM & Email Marketing Platform and creating a Course Platform from scratch.

Create world class experiences.

Untapped is a business built off authentic relationships and creating massive results for people. The online experience needed to be aligned with this vision and continue to build the relationship and get massive results, particularly across our passive courses. We did this through the use of interactive tools, automated accountability check-ins and creating a container for untapped community.

Provide the team and support.

With untapped we have monthly team meetings where we temp check on where we are at and set a focus for the coming month. It’s an incredible opportunity to check that our actions are aligned with the vision and we’re continuing to grow and evolve strategically. Also we have celebration bots and zoom dance parties. Obviously.
